Introduction
HCT6911 is a 4-channel, 24-bit high-precision ADC with an SPI interface. It integrates a 1×–128× programmable low-noise instrumentation amplifier, high-precision Sigma-Delta ADC, two precision current sources, high-performance temperature sensor, 10 ppm/°C high-precision voltage reference, bias voltage output circuit, and precision internal RC clock source. At 1× PGA gain, the effective resolution reaches 22.5 bits; at 64× PGA gain, 20.8 bits. The equivalent input noise is as low as 15 nV/√Hz, offset voltage is 1 μV, and offset temperature coefficient is below 10 nV/°C. The output data rate is configurable from 3.125 Hz to 6400 Hz. This device is suited for high-performance temperature sensing, analytical balances, industrial process control, DC/AC energy metering, and instrumentation applications requiring high-precision, low-offset measurements.
