This device is a single-channel, high-speed, low-side gate driver with 4A peak source current and 8A peak sink current capability, capable of effectively and safely driving MOSFETs, IGBTs, and emerging wide-bandgap power switches. Low propagation delay and a compact SOT-23 package support fast switching at hundreds of kHz. It is well suited for synchronous rectification driving in server and telecom power supplies, where the dead-time accuracy of the synchronous MOSFET directly affects converter efficiency. A wide VDD operating range of 4.5V to 20V enables effective driving of MOSFETs or GaN power switches. Integrated UVLO protection ensures the output remains low under abnormal conditions. An independent input range of -5V to 24V ensures robust operation under undershoot or overshoot conditions caused by parasitic inductance. The input threshold is TTL-compatible.
