Slkor SL27517A

SL27517A is a 4A symmetric drive, single-channel, high-speed low-side gate driver capable of effectively and safely driving MOSFETs, IGBTs, and emerging WBG power switches. Its low propagation delay and compact SOT-23 package support fast switching frequencies of hundreds of kHz. This driver is ideally suited for synchronous rectification drive applications in server and telecom power supplies, where dead-time accuracy of the synchronous MOSFET directly impacts converter efficiency. Its wide VDD operating range (4.5V to 20V) enables effective driving of MOSFETs or GaN power switches. Integrated UVLO protection ensures the output remains low under abnormal conditions. The dedicated input pin supports a voltage range of -5V to 20V, ensuring stable operation under undershoot or overshoot conditions caused by parasitic inductance. Its input threshold is compatible with TTL logic input levels.
