ADI LT5534ESC6#TRPBF

The LT5534 is a 50MHz to 3GHz monolithic RF power detector capable of measuring RF signals over a 60dB dynamic range. RF signals are accurately converted from a logarithmic scale to a linear-scale DC voltage. The 60dB input dynamic range is achieved by cascading an RF detector and an RF limiter. Their outputs are summed to produce an accurate log-linear DC voltage proportional to the input RF signal (in dB). The output is buffered by a low output impedance driver. The LT5534 provides superior temperature stability (typical output variation within ±10dB over the full temperature range). For large RF input signals, the output response time is less than 40ns.
