ADI ADP5052ACPZ-R7

The ADP5052 integrates four high-performance buck regulators and one 200 mA LDO regulator in a 48-lead LFCSP package, meeting stringent performance and board space requirements. The device accepts input voltages up to 15 V directly, eliminating the need for a pre-regulator. Channels 1 and 2 integrate a high-side power MOSFET and a low-side MOSFET driver. The low-side power device supports an external NFET to optimize solution efficiency and provides programmable output current of 1.2 A, 2.5 A, or 4 A. Combining Channels 1 and 2 in a parallel configuration delivers a single output current of up to 8 A. Channels 3 and 4 integrate both high-side and low-side MOSFETs to provide 1.2 A output current. The ADP5052 switching frequency is programmable or can be synchronized to an external clock. Each channel of the ADP5052 integrates a precision enable pin for convenient power-up sequencing or adjustable UVLO threshold configuration. The ADP5052 integrates a general-purpose LDO regulator with low quiescent current and low dropout characteristics, delivering output current up to 200 mA.
