JSMSEMI SD6288Q

SD6288 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC, fabricated with a high-low voltage compatible process that enables monolithic integration of both high-side and low-side gate drive circuits. It features independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. The SD6288 logic inputs are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V. The outputs provide high-current pulse capability and shoot-through prevention dead-time logic. The SD6288 floating channel is suitable for driving a high-side N-channel power MOSFET, with a maximum floating supply offset voltage of 250V. The SD6288T is available in a TSSOP20 package and the SD6288Q in a QFN24 package, operating over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
