The ME6212 series are high-accuracy, high-PSRR, low-noise, ultra-fast-response LDO linear regulators fabricated in CMOS process. The ME6212 series regulators integrate a fixed reference voltage source, error correction circuit, current limiting circuit, phase compensation circuit, and low on-resistance MOSFET, achieving high ripple rejection, low output noise, and ultra-fast-response low dropout performance.

• ME6212 series compatible with ceramic capacitors smaller than tantalum capacitors, with no need for 0.1μF bypass capacitors, saving more board space.
• ME6212 series high-speed response characteristics handle load current fluctuations, making it ideal for handheld and RF products.
• Output can be shut down via the CE pin on the chip; shutdown quiescent current is below 1μA.
• Ultra-low power consumption: Active: 50μA (typ.); Shutdown: 0.1μA (typ.)
