TDSEMIC HT1621B-TD

The HT1621B-TD is a peripheral device used for expanding the I/O ports of an MCU. With a display matrix of 32×4, it is a 128-dot matrix memory-mapped multi-function LCD driver circuit. The software features of the HT1621B-TD make it well-suited for LCD display applications, including LCD modules and display subsystems. The interface between the host controller and the HT1621B-TD requires only 3 or 4 ports. The Power Down command reduces power consumption.
