Introduction
The QN70XX series is a three-terminal low-voltage detector implemented in CMOS technology. This series detects fixed voltages ranging from 2.2V to 7V, and consists of four components: a high-precision, low-power reference voltage source, a comparator, a hysteresis circuit, and an output driver. CMOS technology ensures low power consumption. Although the detector is primarily designed for fixed-voltage detection, it can also detect user-specified threshold voltages through external components (NMOS open-drain type only).
