Introduction
TTP223-BA6 is a single-channel capacitive touch sensing control switch IC with a built-in voltage regulator module, designed to replace traditional mechanical switches. TTP223-BA6 enables touch functionality through dielectric materials (such as glass, acrylic, plastic, ceramic, etc.) for isolated protection, ensuring high safety. It integrates multiple effective measures including high-precision voltage regulation, power-on reset, hardware debouncing, and environmental self-adaptive algorithms, significantly enhancing its anti-interference performance. TTP223-BA6 can be configured into various operating modes via external pins, making it widely applicable in lighting control, electronic toys, consumer electronics, home appliances, and other products. TTP223-BA6 is available in eco-friendly DFN2x2-6L and SOT23-6L packages.

- Quiescent current: 1.7μA @ 3V
- Built-in high-precision voltage regulator module; fast initialization within 0.4S after power-on. Do not touch the detection point during this period, as all functions are disabled
- Sensitivity adjustable via external capacitor (1~50pF)
- Environmental self-adaptive function for quick response to application scenarios such as touch-on-power-up
- Built-in debounce circuit to effectively prevent false triggering caused by external noise interference
- Fast/low-power mode, active-high/active-low output mode, and direct/latch output mode configurable via external pins
- Auto-calibration function
- Two output types available: CMOS output and open-drain active-low output
- Reference value refreshed approximately every 1S within the first 8S after power-on; if a touch key is detected during the first 8S or no key is touched after 8S, the recalibration cycle is 4S
