ICL7660SCBAZ is a monolithic DC/DC voltage converter IC fabricated using CMOS technology. The device supports voltage inversion, voltage doubling, voltage splitting, and multi-voltage output. Operating voltage range is 1.5V to 5V, with no external diodes required across the full temperature range. Provides 10mA output current per 0.5V voltage drop. The BOOST pin can raise the internal oscillator frequency above the audio band, reducing output ripple and lowering external capacitance requirements.
