HXY MOSFET LP5907MFX-1.8/NOPB-HXY

The LP5907MFX-xx/NOPB series are high-accuracy, low-noise CMOS LDO linear regulators. The series features low input noise, high PSRR, low dropout voltage, and extremely fast startup time, making it ideal for today's cutting-edge mobile phone applications. An internal voltage reference, error amplifier, pass transistor, current limiter, and phase compensator are all integrated on-chip. The output voltage is set via current trimming and can be selected from 0.9V to 5.0V in 100mV steps. When the CE input pin is driven low, a fast discharge path is activated, and a built-in pull-down resistor pulls the output voltage low to achieve fast discharge. The series is also fully compatible with low-ESR ceramic capacitors, helping to reduce cost and improve output stability. Even during frequent load transients, high output stability is maintained through excellent transient response performance and high PSRR achieved across a wide frequency range. The CE function allows the regulator output to be disabled, significantly reducing power consumption.
