Introduction
IP2332 is a 5V input, single-cell lithium battery synchronous buck charging management IC. With integrated power MOSFETs and a synchronous switching architecture, it requires minimal external components, effectively reducing overall solution size and BOM cost. The buck switching charger operates at 500KHz with a maximum charging current of 2.4A; at 5V input with 3.7V/2A, conversion efficiency reaches 92%. Charging current is configurable via external resistors. With 5V input, the IC intelligently adjusts charging current to prevent adapter overload. Supports dual-LED display; LED1 features constant-current output (no series current-limiting resistor required), with optional breathing light function. Supports NTC functionality with 5-stage NTC charging standard — charging stops at low or high NTC temperatures, while charging current or termination voltage can be reduced at mid-low or mid-high temperatures. Available in ESOP8 package.
