The Toshiba TLP3122A consists of an infrared LED optically coupled to a photoelectric MOSFET in a 4-pin SO6 package. The output current rating of this solid-state relay is higher than that of phototransistor-type optocouplers; therefore, it is suitable for high-current switching control. Features include:
