Introduction
Jingxin Micro's high-voltage general-purpose op-amp LM358(ES) is manufactured using advanced processes with full automotive-grade standard control throughout the entire production flow, available in single, dual, and quad op-amp configurations. Leveraging proprietary circuit design techniques, it features classic rail-to-rail input/output swing with high consistency and symmetry across the full operating voltage and temperature range, making it suitable for cost-sensitive and space-constrained applications while providing excellent overall circuit coordination. The LM358(ES) incorporates a built-in overload protection circuit that enables the amplifier to activate a recovery function during overload conditions and resume operation within a short period, greatly enhancing circuit reliability. The op-amp is available in industry-standard packages including SOP, MSOP, SOT-23, and TSSOP. The quad op-amp (ESLM324A) also offers a unique QFN16 3×3 package, particularly suited for space-critical applications. These devices contain 4 independent high-gain frequency-compensated op-amps designed primarily to operate from a single supply over a wide voltage range. Split-supply operation is also possible as long as the voltage difference between the two supplies is between 3V and 36V and VCC is at least 1.5V above the positive value of the input common-mode voltage. Low supply current drain is independent of the supply voltage magnitude. Typical applications include transducer amplifiers, DC amplification blocks, and all conventional op-amp circuits, which can now be more easily implemented in single-supply voltage systems. Slew rate is the rate at which an op-amp can change its output in response to an input change; the LM358(ES) features a slew rate of 1.0 V/μs. Gain-bandwidth product equals the measured amplifier bandwidth multiplied by the gain at the measured bandwidth; these devices offer a high gain-bandwidth product of 1.0MHz. The LM358(ES) provides low input offset voltage under high-voltage supply conditions, with a typical value as low as 0.35mV. Minimizing offset voltage by design expands the op-amp's application scope and range, making it especially suitable for high-sensitivity applications. The op-amp is applicable to a wide range of signal conditioning applications and can accept input signals ahead of Vs, enabling flexibility in multi-supply circuits. An inverting amplifier accepts a positive voltage at its input and converts it to a negative voltage of equal magnitude, and likewise converts a negative input voltage to a positive voltage.
