Introduction
The SL-FW-TRS-5.5D1/N1 series sensors are new high-precision digital output differential infrared thermopile sensors designed for various non-contact temperature measurement products and industries. They feature high infrared responsivity, high repeatability, and high reliability. The sensors adopt TO-39 metal can packaging, which houses a MEMS thermopile sensor chip and a dedicated signal conditioning ASIC chip. The ASIC chip integrates a 24-bit Sigma-Delta high-precision ADC, a low-noise instrumentation amplifier PGA, and interface circuitry, with a built-in high-precision thermistor chip for ambient temperature compensation.
