Introduction
The HSN74LVC2G14 single Schmitt-trigger buffer operates over a supply voltage range of 1.65V to 5.5V. The device contains two inverters that perform the Boolean function Y = Ā. Due to the Schmitt-trigger inputs, the device may have different input threshold levels for rising-edge (V_T+) and falling-edge (V_T−) signals, providing hysteresis (ΔV_T) that enables the device to tolerate slow or noisy input signals. The device is fully compatible with partial power-down applications using I_off. The I_off circuit disables the outputs, preventing damaging backflow current when the device is powered down.
