Introduction
The ADR4520/ADR4525/ADR4530/ADR4533/ADR4540/ADR4550 are high precision, low power, low noise voltage references with a maximum initial error of ±0.02%, excellent temperature stability, and low output noise. This family of voltage references employs an innovative core topology to achieve high accuracy while delivering industry-leading temperature stability and noise performance. The devices' low thermal hysteresis and low long-term output voltage drift further improve system accuracy over lifetime and temperature range. A maximum operating current of 950 μA and a maximum dropout voltage of 300 mV make these devices ideal for portable applications. The ADR4520/ADR4525/ADR4530/ADR4533/ADR4540/ADR4550 voltage references are available in 8-lead SOIC packages and offer a wide range of output voltages. All devices are rated over the −40°C to +125°C extended industrial temperature range. The ADR4525W is available in an 8-lead SOIC package and meets automotive application standards.
