TPOWER TP4333

TP4333 is a single-chip synchronous boost solution designed specifically for power banks, integrating a linear charge management module, synchronous discharge management module, battery gauge and LED indicator module, and protection module. The TP4333 features built-in charge and discharge power MOSFETs, with a fixed charging current of 0.8A and synchronous boost supporting 1A output current. The TP4333 integrates multiple safety protection features including temperature compensation, over-temperature protection, overcharge and over-discharge protection, output overvoltage protection, output overload protection, and output short-circuit protection, ensuring the safety of both the IC and the Li-ion battery. The application circuit is simple, requiring only a minimal number of components to implement charge and discharge management.
