MICRO SWITCH Z Series switches are precision snap-action contact mechanisms enclosed in molded plastic housings. Switch actuation triggers mechanical closure of the switch contacts. During normal operation, a small amount of arcing occurs between the contacts when they close. To achieve the required switching performance, switches must be selected based on the mechanical, electrical, and environmental conditions of the application.
