The TPS7A02 is an ultra-small, ultra-low quiescent current LDO linear regulator capable of supplying 200mA with excellent transient performance. The TPS7A02 features an ultra-low IQ (25nA), designed for applications where ultra-low quiescent current is a critical parameter. The device maintains low IQ consumption even in dropout mode, further extending battery life. In shutdown or disabled mode, the device draws an ultra-low IQ of 3nA, helping to extend battery shelf life. The TPS7A02 output voltage range is 0.8V to 5.0V in 50mV steps to support lower modern MCU core voltages.
