The ISL88011 - ISL88015 series devices provide fixed and/or adjustable voltage monitoring in a compact 5-pin SOT23 package, integrating commonly used functions including power-on reset control, watchdog timer, supply voltage monitoring, and manual reset. The ISL88013 and ISL88015 feature unique characteristics, including a watchdog timer with a 51-second startup timeout and a 1.6-second normal timeout. On the ISL88011 and ISL88014, users can extend the nominal 200ms power-on reset timeout delay by adding an external capacitor to the CPOR pin. The ISL88012 provides both fixed and adjustable voltage monitors. The ISL88011, ISL88012, and ISL88013 devices offer complementary active-low and active-high reset outputs. All devices provide manual reset functionality. Seven preprogrammed reset threshold voltages accurate to ±1.5% over the temperature range are available. The ISL88012, ISL88014, and ISL88015 feature user-adjustable voltage inputs for monitoring any custom voltage down to 0.6V. All devices are designed for low power consumption and high threshold accuracy.
