Introduction
SC92F8463B/8462B/8461B (hereinafter referred to as SC92F846XB) is an enhanced high-speed 1T 8051-core industrial-grade Flash microcontroller with integrated capacitive touch key functionality. Its instruction set is fully compatible with the traditional 8051 product family.
The SC92F846XB features a built-in 23-channel low-power dual-mode capacitive touch circuit, which can optionally operate in STOP Mode. The SC92F846XB also integrates 16 Kbytes Flash ROM, 1 Kbytes SRAM, 128 bytes EEPROM, up to 26 GP I/Os, 13 IOs with external interrupt capability, three 16-bit timers, eleven 12-bit high-precision ADC channels, six independent 10-bit PWM channels, an internal 1% high-precision high-frequency 12/6/2MHz oscillator, a 4% accuracy low-frequency 128K oscillator, an external crystal oscillator option, one UART, and one SSI port (selectable among UART/SPI/IIC). To enhance reliability and simplify customer circuitry, the SC92F846XB also integrates high-reliability circuits such as a 4-level selectable voltage LVR and a 2.4V reference voltage for ADC. The SC92F846XB offers outstanding EMI immunity and excellent touch key performance, making it well-suited for touch key and main control applications across a wide range of use cases, including large and small smart home appliances, smart home systems, IoT, wireless communications, gaming consoles, and other industrial control and consumer applications.
