Introduction
SC92F836XB is an enhanced high-speed 1T 8051-core industrial-grade Flash microcontroller with integrated touch key functionality, featuring an instruction set fully compatible with the traditional 8051 product family.
The SC92F836XB incorporates a 23-channel low-power dual-mode capacitive touch circuit, which can optionally operate in STOP Mode. It also integrates 8 Kbytes Flash ROM, 1 Kbytes SRAM, 128 bytes EEPROM, up to 26 GPIO, 13 IOs with external interrupt capability, three 16-bit timers, 11-channel 12-bit high-precision ADC, 6-channel independent 10-bit PWM, an internal 1% high-precision high-frequency 12/6/2MHz oscillator and a 4% accuracy low-frequency 128K oscillator, external crystal oscillator support, one UART, and one SSI multi-protocol port (UART/SPI/IIC selectable). To enhance reliability and simplify customer circuit design, the SC92F836XB also integrates high-reliability circuits including a 4-level selectable voltage LVR and a 2.4V reference voltage for ADC. The SC92F836XB delivers exceptional EMI immunity and outstanding touch key performance, making it well-suited for touch key and main control applications across a wide range of use cases, including large and small smart home appliances, smart home systems, IoT, wireless communications, gaming consoles, and other industrial control and consumer applications.
