The AWM90000 Series Microbridge Mass Airflow Sensors are available in both mass flow and differential pressure versions. The AWM92100V offers a flow range of ±200 SCCM with a typical pressure drop of only 0.49 mbar (49 Pa, 0.007 psi). The AWM92200V is the differential pressure version with a range of ±2 inH₂O. This sensor series features a 1 ms response time, an operating supply voltage of 8.0 Vdc to 15.0 Vdc, and a power consumption of only 50 mW. The compact plastic package withstands overpressure up to 1720 mbar (72 kPa, 25 psi) without affecting performance, making it ideal for portable and battery-powered applications. The series offers customers time-proven reliability, repeatable flow sensing, and the ability to customize sensor functionality to meet specific application requirements.
