Introduction
The SL1003A series is specifically developed for broadband equipment. Its special design provides a high level of protection against fast transients with rise rates ranging from 100V/μs to 1kV/μs, typically caused by lightning strike interference. These devices feature ultra-low capacitance of only 1.5pF, with negligible signal loss at frequencies up to 1.5GHz. These devices are extremely robust, capable of steering 5000A pulses without damage. For prolonged AC power cross interference, overcurrent protection is recommended.
