Introduction
The SL1002A series is optimized for broadband equipment applications. Its specialized design provides a high level of protection against fast transients with slew rates ranging from 100V/μs to 1kV/μs, typically caused by lightning strike interference. These devices feature extremely low capacitance, with a typical value of 1.2pF or lower, resulting in negligible signal loss at frequencies up to 1.5GHz. These devices are extremely robust, capable of diverting 5000A pulses without damage. For prolonged AC power line crosstalk, overcurrent protection is recommended.
