Introduction
The SL1003A series is developed specifically for broadband equipment. Its special design provides a high level of protection against fast transients with rise times in the range of 100V/μs to 1kV/μs, typically caused by lightning interference. These devices feature an ultra-low capacitance of 1.5pF, with negligible signal loss at frequencies up to 1.5GHz. These devices are extremely robust, capable of diverting surge pulses of 5000A without damage. For prolonged AC power line crosstalk, overcurrent protection is recommended.
