Introduction
The SL1003A series is specifically developed for broadband equipment. Its special design provides a high level of protection against fast transients caused by lightning strike interference, typically with rise rates ranging from 100V/μs to 1kV/μs. These devices feature an ultra-low capacitance of 1.5pF, resulting in negligible signal loss at frequencies up to 1.5GHz. They are extremely rugged and capable of discharging 5000A pulses without damage. For prolonged AC power line crosstalk, overcurrent protection is recommended.
