Introduction
The SL1002A series is optimized for broadband equipment applications. Its special design provides a high level of protection against fast transients with slew rates in the range of 100V/μs to 1kV/μs, typically caused by lightning interference. These devices feature ultra-low capacitance (typical value 1.2pF or lower), exhibiting negligible signal loss at frequencies up to 1.5GHz. These devices are extremely robust, capable of dissipating 5000A pulses without damage. For prolonged AC power line crosstalk, overcurrent protection is recommended.
