TI TMUX6211RUMR

TMUX6211, TMUX6212, and TMUX6213 are CMOS switches featuring four independently selectable 1:1 SPST switch channels. The devices support single-supply (4.5V to 36V), dual-supply (±4.5V to ±18V), or asymmetric supply (e.g., VDD = 12V, VSS = -5V) operation. The TMUX621x supports bidirectional analog and digital signals ranging from VSS to VDD on the source (Sx) and drain (Dx) pins. The TMUX621x switches are controlled via appropriate logic control inputs on the SELx pins. The TMUX621x belongs to a family of precision switches and multiplexers, featuring very low on- and off-state leakage currents, making them suitable for high-precision measurement applications.
