Introduction
The UCC28C4x-Q1 series of devices are high-performance current-mode PWM controllers. The UCC28C4x-Q1 series supports the implementation of fixed-frequency, peak current-mode flyback functions, with UVLO and maximum duty cycle limit functions. In terms of configuration, it can use the auxiliary winding for primary-side regulation or an optocoupler for secondary-side regulation. This series of devices can achieve high-frequency operation up to 1 MHz, with low start-up and operating currents, thus minimizing start-up losses and operating power consumption and improving efficiency. They also feature fast current sensing (output delay time up to 35 ns) and ±1 A peak output current capability, which can directly drive large external MOSFETs. The UCC28C4x-Q1 series of devices are available in an 8-pin SOIC (D) package.
