Introduction
The AOZ5317NQI is a high-efficiency synchronous buck power stage module integrating two asymmetric MOSFETs and a driver. The MOSFETs are optimized for synchronous buck configuration. The high-side MOSFET is optimized for low capacitance and low gate charge, enabling fast switching and low duty cycle operation. The low-side MOSFET features ultra-low on-resistance to minimize conduction losses. The module uses PWM input for precise control of power MOSFET switching activity, supports 3V and 5V logic levels, and is compatible with tri-state PWM. With an integrated bootstrap switch, the low-side MOSFET can be driven into diode emulation mode for asynchronous operation and improved light-load performance. The pin layout is optimized to minimize parasitic effects.
