Introduction
Designed for operation over a 1.65V to 5.5V VCC range, this single 2-input AND gate performs the Boolean function Y = A • B or Y = ¬A + ¬B in positive logic. The SN74LVC1G08 device features high output drive capability while maintaining low quiescent power dissipation over a wide VCC operating range. The SN74LVC1G08 is available in multiple packages, including the ultra-small DPW package measuring 0.8mm × 0.8mm.
