The SN8F5000 series is an enhanced 8051 microcontroller, fully compatible with the MCS-51 instruction set, and can be emulated using popular compiler environments such as Keil C51. At the same clock frequency, the SN8F5000 CPU is 9.4 to 12.1 times faster than the original 8051. The SN8F5702 integrates on-chip IRAM and IROM. The IRAM consists of 256 bytes, supporting both direct and indirect addressing; the IROM is a 4KB non-volatile memory with a maximum access speed of 8MHz.
