SGMICRO SGM8261-2YMS8G/TR

The single-channel SGM8261-1 and dual-channel SGM8261-2 are bipolar-input, low-noise op-amps optimized for high-voltage systems. These devices operate from 3.6V to 36V single-supply or ±1.8V to ±18V dual-supply, with a quiescent current of 3.8mA per amplifier. The SGM8261-1/2 deliver excellent dynamic performance across various loads. With a 2kΩ load, the rail-to-rail output swing is within 185mV of the rail, providing greater headroom and wider dynamic range. The SGM8261-1/2 are unity-gain stable and offer a high output current of ±65mA. They feature ultra-low noise of 1.6nV/√Hz at 1kHz and 0.00002% distortion. The SGM8261-1 is available in a Green SOIC-8 package. The SGM8261-2 is available in Green SOIC-8, MSOP-8, and TDFN-3×3-8BL packages. Both operate over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
