MACOM MGV125-08-P55

MGV series hyperabrupt varactor diodes feature a passivated mesa junction structure with low leakage and excellent post-tuning drift characteristics. Three constant gamma coefficient options are available: 0.75, 1.0, and 1.25. These diodes are suitable for tunable filters and oscillators up to 40 GHz. Die configurations offer optimal performance, with packaged devices also available screened to MIL-PRF-19500 and MIL-PRF-38534 standards. Die (C01A) electrical specifications: ambient temperature TA = +25°C, minimum breakdown voltage VB = 22 V, maximum reverse current IR = 100 nA. Package (E28, 28X, H20, P55, 0805-2) electrical specifications: ambient temperature TA = +25°C, minimum breakdown voltage VB = 22 V, maximum reverse current IR = 100 nA.
