CMT802XNXL is a high-performance dual-channel digital isolator featuring a silicon dioxide insulating barrier, supporting isolation voltages up to 3.75 kVRMS. The device is designed for communication between two different power domains, preventing noise currents on data buses or other circuits from entering the local ground, thereby avoiding interference with or damage to sensitive circuits. The product family includes two variants: CMT802XN1L defaults to a high output level, while CMT802XN0L defaults to a low output level. The device achieves high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low power consumption. Its innovative chip design and layout significantly enhance EMC performance, meeting system-level compliance requirements for ESD, EFT, surge, and radiated emissions. The product family is available in a narrow-body SOIC-8 package.
