The amplified product line of medium-pressure sensors is based on a proprietary packaging technology to reduce errors. This model offers a 4.5 V ratiometric output span with excellent output characteristics. The sensor housing is specially designed to minimize parasitic stress and strain caused by packaging. In addition, the sensor employs a silicon micromachined stress concentration enhancement structure to provide a highly linear output for pressure measurement. These calibrated and temperature-compensated sensors deliver accurate and stable output over a wide temperature range. Each sensor is internally compensated using ASIC compensation technology. This series is suitable for non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air and dry gases. The device output is ratiometric to the supply voltage over a supply voltage range of 4.5 V to 5.5 V.
