Millivolt output pressure sensors are based on proprietary packaging technology to reduce output offset or common-mode errors. This series provides calibrated millivolt output with excellent output offset characteristics. In addition, the sensors employ a silicon micromachined stress concentration enhancement structure to deliver highly linear output for pressure measurement.

These calibrated and temperature-compensated sensors provide accurate and stable output over a wide temperature range. The series is suitable for non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air and dry gases. C-GRADE is the lowest-cost version of the millivolt output pressure sensor.

The device output is ratiometric to the supply voltage and accepts any DC supply voltage up to +16V.
