Introduction
These quad gates are monolithic complementary MOS (CMOS) integrated circuits constructed with N-channel and P-channel enhancement mode transistors. They feature equal source and sink current capability and comply with standard B-series output drive. The device also incorporates buffered outputs, which improve transfer characteristics by providing very high gain. All inputs are protected against electrostatic discharge to VDD and VSS by diodes.
