TI TPS53317RGBR

The TPS53317 device is an integrated FET synchronous buck regulator designed primarily for DDR termination. It provides a regulated output at 1/2 VDDQ with both sink and source current capability. The TPS53317 operates in D-CAP+ mode, offering ease of use with minimal external components and fast transient response. The device is also suitable for other POL regulation applications with load currents up to 6A. In addition, it supports a full 6A sink current output with tight voltage regulation.

The device features two switching frequency settings (600kHz and 1MHz), and provides integrated dropout support, external tracking, pre-bias startup, output soft discharge, integrated bootstrap switch, power-good function, V5IN pin UVLO protection, and supports ceramic and SP/POSCAP capacitors. The device supports input voltages up to 6V, with an adjustable output voltage range of 0.6V to 2.0V.

The TPS53317 is available in a 3.5mm×4mm 20-pin VQFN package (green, RoHS-compliant, and lead-free), rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
