Introduction
MS5637 is an ultra-compact micro altimeter designed for altimeter and barometer applications in smartphones and tablets. Sea-level altitude resolution is 13 cm. The sensor module includes a high-linearity pressure sensor and an ultra-low-power 24-bit ΔΣ ADC with internal factory-calibrated coefficients. It provides precise 24-bit digital pressure and temperature values along with multiple operating modes, allowing users to optimize conversion speed and current consumption. The high-resolution temperature output enables altimeter/thermometer functionality without any additional sensors. With dimensions of 3×3×0.9 mm³, it can be integrated into mobile devices. The sensing principle employed delivers extremely low hysteresis and high stability for both pressure and temperature signals.
Features
- QFN package, 3×3×0.9 mm³
- High-resolution module, 13 cm
- Supply voltage: 1.5 to 3.6 V
