Introduction
The Thermal Cutoff - Alloy Type (ATCO) is a one-shot, non-resettable device. It consists of a low-melting-point fusible alloy, a flux agent, a housing, sealing resin, and lead wires. Under normal operation, the fusible alloy connects the two lead wires; when abnormal heat is detected and the preset rated functioning temperature is reached, the alloy melts and rapidly retracts to both ends of the lead wires under the action of the flux agent, thereby breaking the circuit. The B Series alloy-type thermal cutoffs offer a rated functioning temperature range of 76°C to 221°C and a rated current of 3A. Safety approvals include UL, cUL, TUV, PSE, KC, and CCC, with compliance to RoHS and REACH environmental regulations.
Features
- Precise actuation temperature
- One-shot operation, non-resettable
- RoHS-compliant product
Applications
- Luminaires
- Switching Power Supplies
- Home Appliances
- Transformers
- Motors
