MSKSEMI LM331BXF-MS

LM331BXF-MS is a voltage comparator IC offering lower offset voltage, higher supply voltage capability, lower supply current, lower propagation delay, wider operating temperature range, and enhanced ESD performance. The device supports both single-supply and dual-supply operation. For dual-supply configuration, the supply voltage ranges from ±1.5V to ±16V, with VS at least 1.5V above the common-mode input voltage. The output is compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels, and leakage current is independent of supply voltage. Outputs can be connected with other open-drain outputs to implement a wired-AND configuration. The LM331BXF-MS is available in a green SOT23-5 package with an operating temperature range of -25℃ to +85℃.
