BL BL0906

BL0906 is a multi-channel, calibration-free energy metering IC with an integrated oscillator, capable of measuring up to six-phase AC energy. It is suitable for multi-channel e-bike charging stations, multi-channel smart sockets/power strips, DALI 2.0 smart lighting, and other multi-channel single-phase energy metering and fault detection applications, offering high cost-effectiveness.

BL0906 integrates seven high-precision Sigma-Delta ADCs, capable of simultaneously measuring seven channels of signals (current or voltage).

BL0906 operates in a 6-channel energy metering mode, sharing a single voltage channel with 6 independent current channels to generate 6-channel energy metering.

BL0906 can measure RMS current, RMS voltage, active power, active energy, and other parameters. It also supports fast RMS current output (for leakage monitoring, overcurrent protection, and other fault detection), temperature detection, waveform output, and data communication via UART or high-speed SPI interface, fully meeting the requirements of multi-channel energy data acquisition and monitoring for charging stations and IoT devices.

BL0906 is factory-calibrated to a per-channel measurement error of <1%. Without calibration, using external 1% tolerance sampling resistors, the overall system measurement error is less than 2%. For high-accuracy measurement requirements (system error <0.3%), full system calibration is required.
