TD301D232H/TD501D232H is a high-speed, single-channel isolated RS-232 transceiver designed for bidirectional data communication, supporting baud rates up to 115.2kbps. The transceiver integrates an isolated DC/DC converter internally, enabling electrical isolation between the controller and the RS-232 transceiver with a single power supply — no external isolated power supply required — with a maximum isolation voltage of 2500VDC, simplifying user application. The complete isolation between control ground and bus ground allows the device to withstand higher common-mode voltages. Integrated ESD protection components pass the IEC61000-4-2 air discharge test, with HBM ESD protection exceeding ±15kV. Housed in a DIP8 package, the device offers a compact form factor with high integration density.
