Ai-Thinker PB-03F

The PB-03F is a Bluetooth module. The core processor chip PHY6252 (SSOP24) is a highly integrated low-power Bluetooth SoC designed for various applications including IoT, mobile devices, wearable electronics, and smart home.

The PHY6252 (SSOP24) features low-power and RF performance, supporting Bluetooth BLE 5.2. The chip integrates 64 KB SRAM, 256 KB flash, 96 KB ROM, and 256-bit eFuse. It supports multiple low-power operating states to meet the power consumption requirements of various application scenarios. Adjustable RF output power enables optimal balance among communication range, data rate, and power consumption.

The PB-03F module provides a rich set of peripheral interfaces, including UART, PWM, ADC, I2C, SPI, PDM, DMA, and up to 19 GPIO pins.

The PB-03F module features multiple hardware security mechanisms. The hardware cryptographic accelerator supports the AES algorithm.

The PB-03F module supports low-power Bluetooth: Bluetooth 5.2 and Bluetooth Mesh. Supported Bluetooth data rates: 125 Kbps, 500 Kbps, 1 Mbps, and 2 Mbps. Supports extended advertising, multiple advertising, and channel selection.
