TI TLV3601DCKR

The TLV360x is a 325MHz high-speed comparator with rail-to-rail inputs and a 2.5ns propagation delay. These two comparators can respond quickly and have a wide operating voltage range, making them ideal for narrow signal pulse detection and data and clock recovery applications in lidar, rangefinders, and line receivers. Compared with alternative high-speed differential output comparators, the push-pull (single-ended) outputs of the TLV360x series can simplify board-to-board routing of I/O interfaces and save associated costs while reducing power consumption. They can be directly connected to most current digital controllers and IO expanders in downstream circuits. The TLV3601 comes in a tiny 5-pin SC70 and SOT23 package, making it well-suited for space-constrained devices that benefit from the comparator's fast response time. The TLV3603 comes in a 6-pin SC70 package, maintaining the same speed and size as the TLV3601 while offering additional features such as adjustable hysteresis control and output latching. The TLV3602 is a dual-channel version of the TLV3601, available in 8-pin VSSOP and WSON packages.
