The FCM32x103 MCU features a 32-bit high-performance ARM Cortex-M4 RISC core operating at 72/96 MHz, high-speed embedded memory (up to 128 Kbytes Flash and 32 Kbytes SRAM), and a rich set of high-performance peripherals and I/O. All models provide standard communication interfaces (I2C, SPI/I2S, USART), USB full-speed device, two 12-bit ADCs, three general-purpose 16-bit timers, and one 16-bit advanced-control PWM timer. The FCM32x103 MCU operates over a supply voltage range of 1.8~5.5V and a temperature range of -40 to 125°C. Comprehensive power-saving modes make it suitable for low-power applications. The FCM32x103 MCU is available in a variety of package options, ranging from 48 to 100 pins. The set of peripherals included varies depending on the package. These features make the FCM32x103 MCU well suited for a wide range of applications, such as motor drives, application control and user interfaces, handheld devices, A/V receivers and digital TVs, PC peripherals, gaming accessories, GPS platforms, industrial applications, PLCs, printers, scanners, alarm systems, video connectivity, and HVAC. The SPI1/2 interface can operate in SPI mode or I2S audio mode.
